I would like it if in the guild member window that it would show everyone's class.

I know all of my guild members primary char classes, but some of my other members dont, and a lot of my members get freaky with creating new characters for PVP or PVE all the time, and it would be helpful to see what 1st/2nd people have on their chars without having to ask all the time.

it would help immensely with putting together effective parties without having to ask someone "btw what were you again?!"

This would make getting a party together a lot easier. Not that it's that hard to ask in guild, but at least it would provide a little more info in larger guilds with more members.
